Random Fun

Around these parts we are known to have some random fun here and there.  And I'm known to dump it all into one convenient post for my loyal readers.  ;-)  So here goes....in no particular order...

We were checking out the Fayetteville Target after Addison's 3 year pictures.  Addison figured it was time to play race car w/Jonas' cool little highchair on wheels.  Pardon the blurry picture - they were getting some good speed around those corners.

 

Hitting up another local "Build & Grow" Lowe's kids craft.  She sure looks cute here but don't let it fool you.  That was the day we learned all about "Grateful Girls" after she threw a fit when all the fun was over.  Now it's a term we refer to often and she's getting much better at being one.

Proof that I did indeed let her help build her craft herself.  It's hard to resist just taking it over and speeding up the process but I fight the urge every time.

Proof that I did indeed let him hang out in the shopping cart and suck on the dirty nasty hammer while we were building away.  This was the only way he'd be happy and let us focus on our craft.  Gotta build the immune system sometime right? ;-)

And the finished product....it works!  She's a huge Madagascar fan and this day they actually built the Madagascar plane/helicopter.  Yay!

And she was lucky enough to go on a date w/Mom & Dad while Jonas hung out with the babysitter.  What'd we see you ask?  Madagascar silly!

Waiting for the movie to start.  So glad she learned to be a "Grateful Girl" so we can do fun stuff like this more often.

Proof that the "Yo Gabba Gabba" genes are alive and well in Jonas da Bonus.  It's turning into a family favorite show.
